Patient Care Coordinator for Dr Stephen Franks

Katey’s role is to take care of Stephen’s implant patients to ensure that you are looked after throughout your entire implant journey. She is the first point of contact for anything you may require relating to the dental implant process, as well as being available to answer any questions that you may have (other than appointment scheduling and financial arrangements which are managed within the practice).

Katey’s dental career started in 2005 as a dental nurse. She quickly ventured into dental practice management and patient care coordination, and has been focusing on this area ever since. Katey has always had a keen interest in dental implantology, and she regularly attends CPD training in order to keep abreast of current techniques and treatment concepts.
